I use Westchester's HO poling pockets for wooden hoppers. They are plastic and
come five to a package. Each poling pocket (if it were real) is a rectangular
slab of steel with a ring at one end. The ring is the same diameter as the
width of the slab. Bolts are already in the corners of the slab. I just glue
them on, paint them, and they look great!
