I have a Cascade drive for an SW 1 at home which came with white metal trucks. 
I'll see if I can locate them and if they have those numbers.

On another subject, did you resolve your problem with the 2-8-0 and DCC?

Someone else agreed with my conjecture that they may have been from Jan
