Dave,
It is S-scale standard gauge, with Code 70 rail and lots of weeds, reminiscent 
of the Suncook Valley RR. 
The station is indeed Phillips, which I measured and drew in 1964. This is a 
Banta kit,
You were sharp to catch it. 
The stone enginehouse is an old Building & Structures kit intended for Sn3 but 
fine for my little engines (a EBT 0-6-0 converted to a Mogul and a RRM 
44-tonner). The TT is an HO Heljan. The crane behind the enginehouse is a 
B.T.S. O-scale brass model that is much too small for O but perfect for S-scale.
