Bill, your on the right track regarding planning for the enviable.  One 
of our members has been alone for as long as I've known him, so I'm 
supposed to dispose of his model assets and turn the proceeds over to a 
charity of his choice.  I don't relish the thought or the work, but it 
will be done unless I go first.

As president of the largest all scale mmr club in Houston, we have guys 
who have helped the widows arrange for the disposal of their items.  
Besides that I get an average of 2 emails per month of people who are 
still alive trying to get rid of layouts and stuff they've been 
storing.  I have a box of H0 'stuff' right now--anybody remember Cox?  
All this stuff will be put on a bargain table at a show in February.
