BK Makes em.  They are one of the few you can wire as a 3-way.  I have  
a few and a few of the similar 'Mann-Made'.  I also have several  
'Scale Shop' machines which I believe are still made.  They are  
similar to the old PFM machines which are still made by 'Fulgurex' in  
Switzerland.  Both have great stackable SPDT leaf switches.  The CGMRC  
in Portland OR uses the Fulgurex with as many as 6 switches.
