I just picked up an AM boxcar kit at a nearby train show, and it causes me to
wonder whether when AM offered
its freight cars as kits they came with both scale and AF wheelsets and
couplers; none of the previous AM kits
I've bought came with both sets of wheelsets, and, of course, apparently AM no
longer offers kits, probably
from about the time everyone started having cheap assembly done in the PRC.
