   Hi Rhett, I'd buy one of those HO kits to use as plans then copy it in S 
size with wooden or scribed plastic sides, what ever kind of side  braces I 
could find( plastic or metal with right cross section), some S scale  ends that 
look about right, maybe a scratchbuilt roof if possible, etc. Then when done 
I'd sell the HO kit on ebay....dave
