Bob

I have several of the #6 that I am planning on installing. Just what are the
fragile points and what would be the recommended fixes?

Thanks

Pete, I think what Monte and the BOT is concerned is that Shinnhera (sp) makes
RTR switches in #6 and #8 sizes. Unfortunately the #6 has
some problems. To me, both were rather fragile but never having using
the HO similar, I'll leave that critique to someone else.

What is actually needed is a whole system of track components similar to
the Atlas line that has endured nearly forever with modifications over
the years. Unfortunately American Models, nor SHS nor Tomalco really
have a total system, although Tomalco probably comes the closest to the
scale guy's needs.
