Jim, I haven't done the roof yet, as I have company this weekend, but here's what I did with the test piece: I held it where I wanted it to be and dropped a spot of paint on it, which instantly held it in place. Then I brushed Floquil Weathered Black paint liberally all over it. Once the paint dries, there's no getting it off, so you need to trim any excess while it's still wet. -Wes
