I was looking at the very impressive Budd passenger cars from The Supply
Car/Bob Hogan that are based on AM modern full length passenger cars. They
really look great but if you are going to produce a dome car, the existing
dome must be redone. Tne dome on the AM car is too short. Athabaska Models
did the CPR Budd dome as an etching extremely well in HO. I would assume
that all Budd domes were the same height. So, a new dome may be required.
Look closely at the prototype photos and I think you will agree.
