No facts on my part Ed, But I think that all scales and variations of them will 
be shrinking over the next 20 years.   I have mentioned that I think the NASG 
needs to know where their membership stands age-wise, just so reasonable 
planning can be done.   

I was at the Sn3 Symposium in Monrovia last weekend and was happy to see that 
the average age of the attendees appeared to be less than 60, but the older 
fellows were still in abundance...   There were actually a few children that 
seemed to have been bitten by the train bug, too.   One especially well behaved 
young man was looking VERY closely at the display models, but not touching, and 
his parents were not hovering.   Maybe there is a future!

I would like to comment on the above thought. Not necessarily to disagree, but
to ask where is the evidence? Opinions are great (I have lots of them), but
is the above thought an opinion or something more substantial based on factual 
evidence?.....
