Thanks, Gentlemen,  That's what I thought but wanted to make sure as I  
tend to do what Bill Lane does and just stuff it out of the way--but who 
knows what it touches in the dark of a tender water tank.
The Tsunami's have a couple of LED's that indicate various things 
including some troubles in wiring.  The problem is you generally don't 
or can't see them.  I would sooner have them attached to lead wires and 
have that capacitor enclosed in the shrink wrap.  You could install them 
in the electrical panel of a diesel or the firebox door on a steam 
engine where they might be seen easily.  However, I don't imagine 
anybody offers a degree in "amateur" electrical engineering! so I'll 
take what I can get and just be curious.
