They are PIA, but they are a press fit and once attached they stay on!

I use the very thin nosed needle nosed pliers (my are Xuron brand) to "roll" 
them in place - there is a minimal amount of flex in the truck you can use to 
muscle them into place. 

I am looking forward to reading about how you "wowed" those HO heathens in your
