I've got a photo in the files section in the dave's stuff folder of a
lionel O-27 republic steel gon narrowed and detailed for S scale.
I cut the surplus width out of the center with a radial arm saw then glued it
back together. I made it into a scrap metal car to serve a junk yard I plan to
build on my next layout. I have a couple more of these one in green and another
blue to convert....dave
