Jace, I am writing to inform you that I do have some of the hopper conversion bolsters available to sell. At the recent SSpree I had made them up into 2 different versions. The first version was just a pair of bolsters and screws in a pack that were listed for $5.50 each. The second version was a a complete conversion kit that contained not only the bolsters and mounting hardware but also sprung friction bearing style trucks, air reservior, triple valve, brake cylinder, formed trainline, brake wheel and housing, mesh for the platform, wire and plastic to make the brake line plumbing and mounting block for the brake cylinder. All this at a $16.50 price. This allowed anyone to 'scaleize' their Flyer hopper fleet, open or covered, to a more realistic look quickly and inexpensively compared to purchasing a scale car. I've attached some photos for you to see. Let me know if there are of interest. Regards, Greg Berndtson Iron Rail Models LLC

I'd also be interested in finding out what you are asking for the Ace sprung trucks; right now I have a few extra, but they may run out before I find more at a show. Are you using the nylon bushings rather than the earlier brass ones? I notice a couple of the kits I've obtained seem to have gone to them, along with a thinner wheel profile and washers to space them--presumably later production.
