It is also important to remind every Vet you know to get him/her self to  
the nearest VA facility and get into the program if they have not already. I 
was  at a WWII re-enactment last Sunday, met one visitor who was not 
registered and  one re-enactor ( THAT was amazing ) who had never registered 
with 
the VA.   The government owes these folks, remind them to get "with the 
program".

Yes,  the USS Indianapolis was one of those particularly egregious official
