Hi Jeff, I'd suggest asking EdL about the NYC available models as he probably
knows more about S scale NYC than anyone around.
I don't know what you mean by only 2 years lft to model but that's not very
long when it comes to building a layout so I'd definitely consider HO or N
scales if I had to do something in that time frame.....dave
