If stereo speakers means we'll be able to hear more realistic rumble and deeper
bass (I know that's the speaker) I'm all for stereo.
Actually I'd like to see more advances in speaker technology, because
regardless if your listening to an HO, S or O scale locomotive there isn't that
much difference that I can discern.
A couple of years ago I had a HO BLI SW and ran it next to my sound equipped
Atlas O SW-9 (both with QSI decoders) and the O scale set-up was only maginally
deeper in depth and sound than the HO loco. Both sounded equally tinny. Until
that time I thought there would be a big difference.
I haven't heard any of the new HIGH BASS speakers so maybe the technolgy is
here and I've just missed it.
