One "strategic" change item for consideration is to allow the S list to accept 
attachments (photos) as well as the current postings in the "photo" section.  
Several other Yahoo RR groups I belong to have changed to allow this new format 
from Yahoo.  It really has helped members to easily show/share models, 
prototype photos, etc. and has truly energized these groups.  There's lot's of 
discussion and new postings, something nobody expected to happen.  We had a lot 
of discussion on these lists about changing and now everyone is happy that we 
did. 

One simply emails the list with the photos attached and Yahoo does the rest.  
They appear on the specific posting and in a special "attachments" section just 
like the existing "photos" section.

Just a thought now that Yahoo has this capability and it has worked so well 
elsewhere.
