Hi again --

The SLE&P will have a number of passenger trains. The streamlined train will
be silver (stainless) with black letter board and Cornell red Window strip, if
I ever get it fully painted. This train is powered by a pair of nickel plated
E-9’s. While I haven’t officially named it, it will be a “Sleapliner”. There
will also be a heavyweight train done in the traditional Pullman green, with
other road’s cars and the newer two tone grey Pullman cars. This will be
powered by the green boilered 4-8-2 and a helper, either a 4-6-2 or 2-8-2.
There will also be a “mail / express” train powered by an ABA set of Alco PA’s.
There will also be a milk run with a 4-6-0 and a couple of passenger cars.
I just hope I have enough room in the storage tracks on the lower level to
handle all this!

Have fun!
Bill Winans

The name of your railroad reminds me most of the Cotton Belt. But it can
be whatever you want it to be. What crack passenger trains operate on the
SLE&P ? And how is it painted?
