...Hamm's the beer refreshing!
I still remember that jingle from when I was a kid!
Good to see you chime in, Ken. Hope the weather up your way is better than
the Summer From Hell we're having.
Enjoyed the update on things "up north". Also good to read that is S
getting some publicity.

That is UNTIL you watch a 1930's episode to see the corny, over-acted
character from whence the name came. However, "corny" and "over-acting"
seems to fit me to a T... soooo... there you have it!

I for sure, understand, and I'll bet Bill does too.

Hit the nail square on the head with that one. Even back in my HO days,
when I was modeling the Frisco only, I had "distractions" toward other
lines. Lines that didn't blend with my Frisco theme at the time. (Prototype
modeling their mountain division through the Ozarks.)
Stumbling upon the urban industrial area idea with a mainline running
through the scene is proving to be one of the best themes I've come up with
to cater to my desire for variety in a plausible manner. AND I get the
added bonus of packing much needed DENSITY into a small area.

And what a noble distraction! We are losing our WW2 vets. They simply can't
live forever in this life. Their stories need to be saved for posterity.
Well done, Ken.

LOL! Well, it'll happen soon enough.
Later!
