Build a waffle side box car, then add a tank car of maple syrup behind it, and
possibly a Land O Lakes reefer for the butter,

  Pieter,
Jim found the beams on Ebay and built the rest of the cars from flat and
shaped plastic stock. The panel side gondola is from O gauge action cars he has
found at flea markets. Knowing Jim they were probably a real bargain. The
waffle box is an AM modern box with flat stock very carefully applied to the
sides. All of them very nice. About the only suggestion we had was that the
ovals in the beam should be centered in the flange from top to bottom.

Brown's this last Saturday. Jim is a creative and resourceful modeler making
good scenes that can evoke lots without too much detail. And it is always
interesting to see the new one-of-a-kind rolling stock that he's come up with
from kits and extra parts.
