By my understanding, this is NMRA code 88 in relation to the wheel tread and
size of the flange. These wheels should be compatable with all readily
available, standard gauge, NMRA spec. turnouts. They are NOT P:64... P:64 sets
are already available from NWSL and have been for years.
But as always, folks... DEMAND will make these become a readily-available item
from NWSL... nothing more, nothing less. Otherwise we can all just rely on
custom orders that take months to fill. In HO land, Kadee has seen the
movement toward a more scale appearance and has recently added code 88 wheels
to their line-up (as seen below).

That is all the same lines of what I'm hoping to see in S as well. Those HO
folks truly have the best of MOST worlds... except SIZE!

What is the profile designation for these wheels? Are these NASG profile
wheels at 0.88" width, thus "code 88", but NOT Proto:64 wheels which NWSL sells
