My September issue arrived yesterday. Can’t say that I’ve noticed any
inconsistency in its delivery, but then I always have a stack of mags to read
(actually, I like to look at the pictures).
I’m surprised that no one has mentioned the S scale page on the inside cover:
it has been significantly improved. Many new and different ads, and best of
all, they changed from last month. Great idea also to list all the
manufacturers who have S in their line that are advertising in the current
issue; there are 22 this month! Thanks to all who paid for an ad, and kudos to
Greg Klein and the NASG promotions Committee.

One of the things I did in California was to sign on for a year of RMC. Well
I've been home over a month, and I haven't seen an issue yet. When do the
issues usually arrive? Are they consistent? Back in the day I remember MR being
a bit more consistent that RMC. Still true?
