I can tell you that the invoice from RMC for NASG's page 2 ad arrives very 
consistently!  <GRIN!>

Kidding aside, RMC has always been a great group to deal with and I know have 
bent over backwards to assist Greg Klein (NASG Promotions Chair) in revamping, 
revitalizing and controlling costs for NASG's Cover 2 page.  All of us probably 
can relate some horror story about a magazine or manufacturer we have dealt 
with in the past and that certainly forms "baggage" for the future, but my 
dealings with RMC have always been good.  Consider that if bad practices and 
poor customer service were the rule rather than the exception, I really doubt 
they would still be in business!
