This model has a standardized "Consolidated Stencil" applied (but no ACI
label?), thus dating it to the early-mid 70's in regards to era.
Don't know if such modeling trivial matters to any of you, but for a quick
reference:
* Running boards were okay'd to be removed in 1966.
* ACI label program begun in 1968.
* Early Consolidated Stencils program into use 1972.
* Revised Consolidated Stencil program into use 1974
* U-1 type wheel stencils (the yellow or white dot on square black
background) into use 1978
* ACI label program abandoned as impractical 1978.
