You are welcome, John! Today's been a day of relaxation and goofin' off. As I kicked back and chilled... I have found some EXCELLENT 1950's footage of both the Spokane Portland & Seattle as well some great footage (and sound bites) of the Great Northern. The SP&S clips have Alco's galore, including cab rides in FA's, and the GN has many scenes with F's. Though the film quality isn't the best, the historic nature of the railroading and railroads portrayed is... well... priceless. The railside scenes are definitely model fodder. Hope you enjoy: SP&S mid 1950's: (Note: The film quality improves on the SP&S as the clips progress.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysftVhAEJnc...feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8U4-CvMZ-VU...feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLd7ihKJxdM...feature=related Great Northern 1957-1971: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BpAPrAyyFw...feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwPCN-EteSo...feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x53ZZ2gVYWk...feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUdRTJlcgBA...feature=related Andre Ming ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
