ED, The Chessie before CSX did a lot of gp 35 ,Gp9, F 7 lashups. I have pictures of GP 40, F7 GP 30's togather Chessie in Cincy was always power short so they used anything that would run togather>thanks Bert cutler

Given that they also have SD60's, there is a chance the two were paired.
