Hello Peter; VERY nice work! I would never have contemplated a hopper for my first attempt at scratch building a car, and certainly not a quad hopper! You did an excellent job on the project, it looks like an H21a.
I suspect the drawings will show a few areas worth changing, like the end sill (which looks a bit large to me). As a hint, dry transfers apply better to a flat surface, not gloss. Dull coat over the base color, then try the transfers. They are still a challenge, in that you must position them correctly and not move them during application. The plus side, not film to hide!
