I love the FL Keys also, but there are two problems. First, I remember the Keys from the fifties when they (and Miami Beach as well) were pretty much closed and shuttered from June to October except for a few small Mom & Pop motels, whose proprietors lived on site. Today, there are just too many people! The other problem with the Keys is that you have to go through Miami-Dade County (South Florida) to get there!
