Ed, I have buildings that are 15 yrs. old built with the sanding sealer and 
still sturdy evan after 4 moves and rebuilds. I also use the yellow carpenters 
glue to put them togather. ACC on small parts. Thanks Bert Cutler

      Burt,

I've run into problems glueing structures together that have been pre-painted 
with the glue not holding. Since then, I've avoided painting areas that will 
later need to absorb glue. Have you found this to be a problem with the sanding 
sealer?
