Ed, It is like I said I have bldgs I built 15 to 20 yrs. ago and the main parts stay intact but small parts do get broken off. If you don't seal all surfaces it is pointless. Ohio is in a high moisture area and water finds a way into none sealed structures. Thanks Bert

I also use the yellow carpenters glue to put them togather. ACC on small parts. Since then, I've avoided painting areas that will later need to absorb glue. Have you found this to be a problem with the sanding sealer?
