That's interesting Stan, Peter Vanvliet is coming over this weekend to 
help a little so after that I'll photograph and measure my wheel.  I 
noticed one model of the Fairmont on that list had adjustable wheels, 
perhaps that's what I have.  I had no idea they could be had with 2 
speed transmissions, my guess would be that they didn't have a reverse 
(or was that the second speed)!  I'm only familiar with the brand names 
of Buda and Fairmont (made in Fairmont, Minn)--who else made them?  
Somebody on one of these groups pointed out a place where one could 
purchase his own 1:1 unit.  This dealer seemed to have hundreds of all 
kinds and vintages.  That would be a great thrill if one had permission 
and some seldom used track to run on.
