So now we know what will make you happy!  I rode on one when I was a 
kid.  Several of us were skinny dipping at a railroad siding/gravel 
pit.  One of my buddys', grandfather was the section foreman and 
recognized him.  It was time to head back so we got a ride--with our 
group and the three workman, it barely got going--hence the 
slang--putt-putt I guess!
