Paint the steel mill on the backdrop and have a couple of sidings in the front.
Have a Bethlehem Steel switcher idling nearby to take them in to the mill area
proper. Another thought, have the steel car repair shop on the layout with
various steel related cars awaiting servicing. Ed L.
