I think that Jim is correct, the car is a Train Stuff (the original Train
Stuff owned by myself and Robin) 60' waffle side boxcar kit from the 70's. We
asked Stan Stokrocki to make the patterns for us. The ends, sides and roof
were cast in polyester resin (before urethane became available). We used a
bass wood floor and centersill. The roller bearing trucks were from Ace
(Walter Graef was the owner, before Russ Downs). The decals were made for us
by Bob Ristow. I forget the original price, but I guess it was under $30.
