Welcome aboard. It's nice seeing someone model the heyday of narrow gauge
railroads. BTS has a standard gauge flatcar and gondola that might be
useful.

The only standard gauge arch bar trucks I know of are the PRR 2D-F1 brass
ones sold by SHS and the former ACE ones from Iron Rail Models. Other than
that you might look at modifying On3 or On30 trucks to the wider gauge.

Greetings,

I just found this group and have already found some very useful information.
I model in S and Sn3. My main focus is the Kansas Central which was a
narrow gauge line from Leavenworth to Holton Kansas and eventually a bit
beyond. I have set my layout in the heyday of the line 1871-1885 and it
interchanges with the Standard Gauge ATSF and MP.
By nessisity almost everything is scratchbuilt. Fopr the narrow gauge there
are pleanty of sources for parts but I found dificulty in finding early s
gauge rolling stock ca 1880 or even trucks etc.
Thanks for all the information so far
