Hello Mark.....

First go to the S Sig's Home Page at www.sscale.org Getting there does not
require a user name or password of any kind.

Then look in the large gray area at the bottom of the page. In the lower right
corner there is a "Contact Us" place. Click there and you will have the
opportunity to send an email to our nefarious webmeister (Chris Borgmeyer). He
is the one to help sort out your sign-on difficulties.

I do know that a small group of folks discovered us before we were ready for
public launch. I believe those folks were placed into some kind of "holding
pattern" and prevented from signing on, but I am not familiar with the details.
It is possible that is related to your problem. I just am not sure.

Want some humor? If you used the letters "AF" or "ACG" in your user name, it
is conceivable our super smart computer would have put you on permanent
moderation since it is a scale-only web site. (joke & smiles) Actually,
everyone is welcome to join and participate, but the conversations are only
about the scale side of S.

> PS: looks like it's gong to be a great resource!

Hopefully we can recruit a lot of folks from the lesser scales.

Interestingly, tomorrow I am serving on a panel discussion at a local NMRA
event. The topic is: "Different Scales; Different Approaches" Other
participants are also minority scale folks -- On3, Z, etc. I am the S
advocate. Here is my chance to tell them that S really is the optimum size
since I have scientific proof.

See you at the S Sig Forum -- if you can get past our extensive filtering
system. :>)
