Hi Bob.....There is no qualification necessary. Anyone and everyone is
qualified and can join. Being serious is not a requirement. You can be
"S"illy if you like. Just avoid off-topic non-S-scale-modeling messages.
That's all. Admittedly, it will be a little less free-for-all than some Lists,
but that is not all bad. Civilization did come to the wild West eventually,
but not everyone enjoyed it. Some folks just kept moving more and more toward
the West as rules approached. A few reached Hawaii and New Zealand. Many are
now in China where there are few rules of any kind. Each to his own, of
