For anyone actually considering scratch-building one, I've heard there are
hoops in the needle-work department of craft stores that will work as the
basis for the pit walls, if you can find the right size.
Also not very relevant, but I saw an old map of Lansing with RR tracks and
lots of TT locations marked. That many turntables in this city? Then it
dawned on me they were Team Tracks, not Turn Tables.
