Tom's version was an upsized HO Bachmann doodlebug.  I have one converted to 
scale on my layout and it looks really nice (thanks to PRR's Keith Thompson 
[bodywork] and Brass Basher Rustermier [trucks & wheels]).  Keith also cut and 
spliced two other doodlebug bodies to make a matching trailer coach.
