So Don, now that SHS is thankfully ramping back up, is this something you would see as a viable future strategy, provided you found an O scale manufacturer willing to sell the rights to their patterns? I'm not suggesting anything...just wondering if the time is ripe for these sort of synergies.

But, if they use a complete set of autocad drawings and just rescales and adjust for small changes needed in thickness for stock items (screws, etc.) you are talking being ready to tool in a few weeks instead of months.... Don How much does it save if the company already builds a car in O and decides to add it in S ? Does it give them a big cost advantage over someone starting from scratch? >
