So Don, now that SHS is thankfully ramping back up, is this something you would 
see as a viable future strategy, provided you found an O scale manufacturer 
willing to sell the rights to their patterns? I'm not suggesting 
anything...just wondering if the time is ripe for these sort of synergies.

I suspect the savings in time alone is very important as a set of drawings 
takes 90 to 120 days.  But, if they use a complete set of autocad drawings and 
just rescales and adjust for small changes needed in thickness for stock items 
(screws, etc.) you are talking being ready to tool in a few weeks instead of 
months....

How much does it save if the company already builds a car in O and decides to 
add it in S ?  Does it give them a big cost advantage over someone starting 
from scratch?
