MY guess is that the loco might be a Y6b with the lettering schemes for a
Y3 - they were close.  In HO days many would take the Rivarossi Y6b
(hi-rail for HO by the way), drop the trailing truck and add a Rivarossi
B&O Vanderbilt tender from their S1.  It looked good for a freelance loco.
