I am usually a strickly ready-to-run guy myself, but I go motivated when the only way to get what I want to to make it myself. I paid a custom painter to do some work for me a few years ago but I cannot afford to continue that. Shockingly, I am finding it fun to try doing these passenger cars. By the way, I got some hands-on personal training from Bob McCarthy as well as help via email from none other than Bob Hogan. So if I fail, I cannot blame the trainers. - Earl Henry In a message dated 3/1/2012 8:58:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, [email protected] writes:
Earl, Therein lies the rub. I would like nothing better than to spend quality time putting together and finishing car kits. But eye problems and time-or lack thereof-make it pretty tough. So, I am strictly a RTR guy now. Now ready-to-run may be another matter. - Earl Henry, Nashville
