Hi Roger, Thanks for the compliment, but it's actually a lazy way to model,
paint can hide a lot of errors :>)
Hopefully I'll get a layout started soon and can work on some scenery to
place my cars in. My main goal is operations with a roster that looks plausible
for it's usage. I've got about 5 Lionel O-27 gons that will be my scrap yard
fleet. I've only built the blue one so far but I'll try denting the panels on
some of the others.The brown gondola in my photo album is actually an O scale
car that I built for a friend in Australia.
If I ever build a layout anywhere near the level of detail of your Monon I'll
be a very happy camper. Your article in Great Model railroads is what made me
realize the possibilities of S scale.
