Think about a variable speed control for the spray booth.
I have a home made one I built a few years ago that has the wind tunnel
fan on a dimmer switch for control. Works fine and allows me to control
airflow as needed.
Plus I built an adjustable plexiglass shield to cover the top of the
booth and control backflow while allowing me to see what I am doing and
just have my hands and the object inside the booth.
It will work with anything from an airbrush to an auto touchup spray gun
so it moves a lot of air. Except for the touchup gun I do not need a
respirator.
