Hi John.....
With all due respect, Lionel's email address has been on their web site and
public knowledge for a good long time. There is no reason for any of us to not
have used it a long time ago to thank Lionel for the U33C -- perfect or not.
Not to mention a new separate catalog for just the S products. And the new
"scale" products announced in it. It looks to me like Lionel is making a
sincere effort here and some encouragement might go a long way.
Gripes and complaints without intelligent suggestions for improvement are a
ridiculous way to respond to Lionel at this point.
