Jim,
for all of the touchup work. sometimes airbrushing builds up thick layers that
run. Just my thoughts.

But I see Bill's point.  If one has to also use a paintbrush, what's the point
of owning an air brush?  For all my years in the hobby I've done very little
air brushing, but am now at the point where I have to get more comfortable
using mine.  I still have not settled on a favourite brand yet, so I find these
threads on the properties of the various paints very useful.

Some folks use a fine-tipped brush to paint the corners and then spray on the
paint which blends it all together. Seems to work OK for them. Just a
thought. Ed L.
