The link doesn't work. The only reservation form I saw on Yoder's website was for the SP 50 tonner.
Anyhow, On30 is essentially O Scale narrow gauge equipment running on HO track. To adapt it to S you would have to move the wheels out to S gauge. Even though a GE 45 tonner is a relatively small locomotive, a regauged On30 model would still be too large for S.
