These are cars that ATSF and RI acquired to replace aging hwt's. Athearn made them in HO and N, now they can be had in S the same as any other cars from USP and through The Supply Car system. Save me two numbers in the 510-516 range. Supposedly SF sold some to NH for use in mail and package service on some of their trains.
